Windows installation
- Download the
Lim-Setup-*.exeinstaller - Double-click and follow the setup wizard
- On first launch, allow the firewall prompt (needed for the real-time connection)
Requires Windows 10 or later (64-bit). The client stays resident in the system tray and keeps receiving notifications even after you close the main window.
Android installation
- Download the APK (or scan the QR code on this page with your phone)
- Allow "Install unknown apps" and finish the installation
- Open the app and sign in
Requires Android 8.0 or later.
HarmonyOS installation
- Install from AppGallery, or download the package and install manually
- Allow notification permission on first launch (used for message push)
- Open the app and sign in
Requires HarmonyOS NEXT or later. The app is built with native ArkTS and integrates system-level push services.
Update policy
- The desktop client checks for updates in-app and prompts you when a new version is available
- On mobile, get the latest version through official channels
- Version and release notes are listed on this page and on each platform's official listing
Troubleshooting installation
- Windows warns about an unknown publisher: this is a standard browser warning for downloaded files; continue after confirming the package is from an official channel
- Android refuses to install: make sure installing unknown apps is allowed and that your system version meets the requirement
- Cannot sign in: verify that your network can reach the company server, or contact your administrator
